What you are going to learn

A few more words about this course

We will start with drawing out a still life and then week by week work together to paint it.  This is a great introduction to painting with gouache.
Throughout this course you will discover how: 

  • To set up a still life
  • Do the underdrawing in graphite
  • Paint the background
  • Paint from general shapes to specific details
  • Create light in your painting
